Refurbished business PCs for the office, home office and school

In this category you will find refurbished desktop computers from classic business series: HP EliteDesk, Lenovo ThinkCentre, Dell OptiPlex and Fujitsu ESPRIMO. These series are built for continuous operation in companies. They can be procured multiple times with identical specifications. This is suitable for a single workstation as well as for an entire office.

What you should look out for when choosing

Form factor: The models are available as a tower, SFF and as Mini, Micro or Tiny. According to the product data, the compact variants weigh only about 1.1 to 1.5 kg. Tower units weigh around 9 to 10 kg depending on the model. Some models have a DVD-ROM drive.
Processor: You will mainly find Intel Core i5 of various generations, and occasionally Core i7.
Memory and storage: Many models are listed as "from 4 GB" and "from SSD 120 GB". You select the exact configuration via "Choose version".
Operating system: Some models are listed as "from Windows 10 Pro" or "from Windows 11 Pro". Check this in the product details.

What "refurbished" means at our store

Before sale, every device is fully tested by our technicians, mechanically, electronically and visually. All computers are labelled as "Refurbished". For comparison, the product list also shows the new price.

Warranty, shipping and returns

We grant 12 months' retailer warranty on every device. For an additional charge, you can extend this to 24 or 36 months. The statutory warranty remains unaffected. All orders are ready for dispatch within 24 hours. Delivery within Germany takes 1–3 working days and is free of shipping costs. You will receive tracking information by email. As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. More on this on the Warranty and Shipping & Delivery pages.

For companies and schools

Do you need several identical devices? For companies, schools and public authorities, we offer volume discounts, purchase on invoice and a personal contact person. All information can be found under For Companies & Schools.

Are the computers new or used?

All computers are refurbished and labelled as "Refurbished". Before sale, they are fully tested by our technicians.

What warranty do I have on a refurbished computer?

Every device has 12 months' retailer warranty. You can extend this to 24 or 36 months. The statutory warranty applies in addition.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping within Germany is free; the delivery time is 1–3 working days. Express delivery is possible on request.

Can I order several identical computers?

Yes, on request we will put together identical devices in the quantity you require. For companies and schools there are volume discounts and purchase on invoice.
