Cancellation Policy
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Cancellation period
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us by means of a clear statement.
Return of goods
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period. The return is free of charge for you — you will receive a return label from us by e-mail to print out. An exchange is also possible.
Refund
If you cancel this contract, we must repay all payments we have received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days. For the repayment we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction.
Exceptions to the right of cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply to goods made to customer specifications or to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection, provided that the seal was removed after delivery.
