Every order is ready to ship within 24 hours. Delivery within Germany takes 1–3 working days and shipping is free — whether you order a single notebook or a complete office setup.
No device leaves us before our technicians have tested it in full. It is then packed so the hardware survives the journey: each device is cushioned individually, accessories and power supplies travel separately.
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse you get the tracking link by e-mail and can follow it to your door. Ordering for a company or a school and need several devices at once? Write to us — larger quantities are arranged individually.
